No. 16 - Song - Nancy - "Dance, little snowflake."

MIDI File

Nancy: Dear little snowflake, soft and white,
Dancing down on a winter's night,
Here you come, here you go,
Whirl about, twirl about, to and fro.
But, little snowflake, if you're wise,
You won't dance in the noon-day skies,
Under the sunbeams, I'm afraid,
Your little snow-white gown will fade,
So you'd better wait,
Don't come out till late.
Dear little snowflake,
While the moonlight is glistening,
No one can hear you,
For there's no one who's listening.
Dear little snowflake,
Till the moonlight is done,
But remember, you will melt away
If you dance in the sun!

Oh, little snowflake, all night through
You'll have friends who will dance with you;
In their games you can share,
Racing them, chasing them through the air.
And later on, perhaps you may
Fall in love with your partner gay.
Then you will simply dance for joy,
Dear little snowflake girl and boy,
Whirling round and round
Till you reach the ground.
Dear little snowflake,
While the moonlight is glistening,
No one can hear you,
For there's no one who's listening.
Dear little snowflake,
Till the moonlight is done,
But remember, you will melt away
If you dance in the sun!
