Lillian Coomber was engaged to play Elsie Maynard in The Yeomen of the Guard and Gianetta in The Gondoliers for D'Oyly Carte's First London Repertory Season, beginning December 8, 1906, at the Savoy. While the Season ran until August 24, 1907, Miss Coomber left in June and was replaced by Clara Dow (as Elsie) and Ruby Gray (as Gianetta).
