Catherine Cowen replaced Beatrice Grosvenor as Edith in The Pirates of Penzance during the week of March 28, 1881, with Mr. D'Oyly Carte's "E" Company in Torquay. (It has been suggested that Catherine Cowen may have been Katie Cohen by another name.)
