Contralto Marian Eadie-Reid was in the chorus of the D'Oyly Carte Repertory Opera Company from October 1917 to October 1918.She went on briefly as the Lady Saphir in Patience during her last months with the Company.(In Rollins & Witts her name appears as Marian Readie.)
