Glyn Thomas Hopkins, also known as Trevor Glyn, joined the D'Oyly Carte Repertory Opera Company chorus in October 1924. He served until October 1926. Some thirteen years later he returned to the D'Oyly Carte Opera Company as a wartime replacement, serving in the chorus from December 1939 to December 1942. During his last six months with the Company (June-December 1942), Hopkins took the small parts of First Yeoman in The Yeomen of the Guard and Annibale in The Gondoliers.
