Primarily a concert singer, Louisa Mary Ann Lancaster was the principal contralto on tour with D'Oyly Carte Opera Company "D" in Utopia Limited from December 1893 to December 1894. The Company also played The Vicar of Bray beginning in November 1894. Miss Lancaster's roles were Lady Sophy in Utopia and Widow Merton in The Vicar of Bray.
