Master Roy Lorraine as The First Royal Page in Merrie England

(Master) Roy Lorraine (1902)

In April 1902 Master Roy Lorraine created the part of the First Royal Page in Basil Hood and Edward German's Merrie England at the Savoy. He served until July, but was not in the cast when Merrie England returned to the Savoy in November.

As an adult, Lorraine made three appearances in London programs, all as the Caterpillar and the Red King in Saville Clarke and Walter Slaughter's Alice in Wonderland:at the Savoy in 1914-15, at the Duke of York's the following year, and at the Garrick in 1921-22.
