Charles Haddon Palmer was a bass chorister with the D'Oyly Carte "New" Opera Company from December 1921 to December 1924. He left but rejoined in July 1925, serving until June 1927, when the "New" Company was disbanded. From time to time he took the small parts of Go-To in The Mikado (February 1923-December 1924) and Giorgio in The Gondoliers (November 1923-June 1924 and January-June 1927).
