George Paulton (1894)

George Paulton (born Peter Julius Fuchs) was a chorister with D'Oyly Carte's American Utopia Limited Company in New York and Boston between March and May 1894. Upon returning to Great Britain he appeared as Mr. Blushington in Utopia Limited with D'Oyly Carte Opera Company "A" on tour from July 23 to December 8, 1894. It was his only named part with the D'Oyly Carte organization.

Paulton later appeared on tour as Harold with J. W. Boughton's Company in W.S. Gilbert & F. Osmond Carr's "His Excellency" in the fall of 1895, and played Lieutenant Crowshaw, R.N., in the George Dance & Carr musical play Lord Tom Noddy at London's Garrick Theatre, September-November 1896.
