Samuel Inman Schofield appeared with D'Oyly Carte Opera Company "D" from August 1890 to December 1895. Initially a chorister, he later took the small parts of Samuel Spicer in The Vicar of Bray (March 1892-December 1893, November 1894-December 1895), Mr. Blushington in Utopia Limited (December 1893-December 1895), and Christopher Jolly in the companion piece Captain Billy (1892).
