Hilary Henrietta de Villiers-Steytler served in the D'Oyly Carte Opera Company as chorister from January 1949 to August 1951. Her two named parts were Fleta in Iolanthe (shared with Elizabeth Burgess during the 1949-50 and 1950-51 seasons) and Isabel in The Pirates of Penzance (split with Enid Walsh in 1950-51).
